About Tia Stroop
Tia is a caring, empathetic, lover of words (especially God’s Word), whose mental and emotional scars are a reminder to her of the healing power and love of God. Her article, “Why Can’t I Just Be Happy,” was published in Teen Talk #7 Winter 87-88. She helped raise three step-children and at 68 year old became a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach through Light University. After 38 years of marriage, she and her husband, Marlin, divorced, were reconciled and have been building a new marriage on the solid foundation of Jesus Christ and His love since December 2022.
